I started my career working as a consultant for Accenture and then moved on to working in-house as an internal strategy consultant in various telcos in Denmark and Scandinavia. Business strategy quickly became one of my specialities, and one of the consultant jobs I enjoy the most.

Later in my career I became a LEAN + Six Sigma consultant and I’ve managed several optimisation projects for some of the largest Danish telcos. LEAN is a great way to get the proper focus in an organisation, and Six Sigma is a perfect tool for securing quality of work.
